The meetings take place in the Community Hall on the third Tuesday of each month except August when there is a holiday break.

If you want to speak here is what you have to do:-

1.    Inform the Clerk to the Council at least 7 days in advance of the meeting (contact details as shown on website)

2.    If the item is not relevant to the agenda then the Clerk will liaise with the Chair of the Council to agree if the item should be included on the agenda.  Every effort will be made to ensure that the person wishing to speak will be given the opportunity to do so.

3.    Speakers will be given 3 MINUTES in which to put across their case (in line with other public bodies).

4.    If the speaker provides a written statement to the Clerk this will be filed as correspondence and kept by the Clerk.  No written minutes will be recorded from the speaker as this can be open to mis-interpretation.  It is therefore the responsibility of the speaker to choose whether to provide a written statement.
